Two Paths

The Business Problem
Most companies lose money in turf the same way: correct intentions, wrong base decisions, misjudged drainage, seams that show, estimates that miss the detail work, and greens that look right but don’t putt right. The knowledge that prevents that lives in field judgment — and field judgment takes years unless someone transfers it.
Version A — Turf Division Launch
The missing piece is specialized turf and putting-green capability inside your own people.

New Internal Capability
Your company is not starting from zero.
It already knows how to sell outdoor projects, manage crews, move material, prepare sites and complete construction.
The purpose of the five-day intensive is to shorten the specialized learning curve involved in sell → estimate → design → install for synthetic lawns and custom putting greens.
The Five-Day Experience
A suggested structure — the exact agenda is adjusted to the participating company.
Actual training is customized to the participating company’s existing knowledge, priorities and field conditions.
Live Project Training
When scheduling and appropriate client-supplied projects allow, the intensive may be structured around an actual synthetic lawn installation or an actual custom putting green. Neither is guaranteed before projects and logistics are confirmed.
Four-Person Multiplier
Put the knowledge where it can multiply.

Abe The Turf Guy · 20+ Years Field Experience
Abraham Read has spent more than twenty years installing artificial turf and building custom putting greens across the United States. His experience is earned on real jobsites — sites that drain badly, transitions that fight you, greens that have to roll true, and estimates that have to hold.
The five-day intensive exists to transfer that field judgment directly into your people — the ones who sell, price, lead, and install. The format is practical and field-oriented; suitable live-project work may be included only when expressly agreed and lawful for the location.

20+ Years Business Ownership & Executive Leadership
Daniel Read is a founder-level operator with long-term experience in national B2B sales, business ownership, operations, CRM systems, territory development and sales process design. He has also worked directly with synthetic-turf sales and installation operations.
He brings the sales and business infrastructure side of the program: B2B sales strategy, territory development, CRM systems, pipeline discipline and practical sales guidance for contractors developing or strengthening a turf offering.
The goal is to pair Abraham’s field knowledge with a structured business-development and sales process that the client company can evaluate, adapt and implement for its own market.
Putting-Green Specialization
A putting green is not simply artificial turf cut into a shape.

This is one of the areas where Abraham’s long field experience can potentially create the greatest knowledge difference.
What Could Go Wrong?
Tap any category. No training prevents every failure — but knowing where failures come from changes decisions.
Twenty years of experience means seeing what happens after the textbook ends.

Who This Is For
Advanced knowledge comparison.
Add an adjacent service line.
Sell turf and greens into projects already being built.
Leverage existing crews, excavation and base experience.
Increase specialized putting-green capability.
Transfer knowledge into people who influence multiple crews.
Who This Is Not For
If there isn’t a strong business case, Abraham would rather tell you that before you spend $24,500.
Nationwide Engagement Structure
Abraham can work with qualified companies throughout the United States, but the engagement does not bypass the laws or licensing structure of the state where a project occurs.
The client company keeps the customer relationship, contracting decisions, pricing, scheduling, project supervision and responsibility for the work it sells.
Licensing, permits, employment rules, workers’ compensation, insurance, OSHA/worksite safety and other requirements vary by state and locality. The client company is responsible for satisfying the rules that apply where the work occurs.
The intensive is private educational and operational consulting. It does not create a contractor license, trade credential, manufacturer certification or legal authority to perform regulated work.
Abraham transfers field knowledge and practical systems. Revenue, profit, project volume, quality improvements and return on investment depend on the client company’s execution and market conditions.
