Website & Application Terms
Last updated: August 17, 2026
1. Purpose
This website provides information about Abraham Read’s private artificial-turf and putting-green training and operational consulting for established companies in the United States. Website content, calculators, fit scores, applications, calls, emails and preliminary discussions are informational only unless and until a separate written engagement agreement is signed by the parties.
2. No Automatic Engagement
Submitting an application, requesting a call, receiving a score, exchanging messages, or discussing a possible project does not create a contractor relationship, employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, franchise, dealership, certification, or consulting engagement. Abe The Turf Guy may accept or decline any proposed engagement.
3. Final Agreement Controls
If an engagement is accepted, the signed written agreement for that engagement controls over general website descriptions. Scope, dates, payment, travel, support, deliverables, responsibilities, cancellation terms, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, jobsite rules and other material terms should be stated in that agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Each company is solely responsible for determining and satisfying all federal, state and local requirements applicable to its business, employees, contractors, projects and jobsites, including licensing, permits, supervision, payroll, worker classification, workers’ compensation, OSHA/worksite safety, insurance, taxes, customer contracts, utility-location requirements and other regulatory obligations. Requirements vary by jurisdiction.
5. Educational Consulting — Not Licensing
The program is private educational and operational consulting. It does not confer a government license, contractor credential, trade certification, manufacturer certification, professional designation, or permission to perform regulated work in any jurisdiction.
6. No Earnings Or Performance Guarantee
Examples, estimates, scenarios, business cases and discussions of potential revenue, savings, efficiency or payback are illustrative and depend on each company’s market, pricing, execution, sales, costs, staffing, demand and other factors. No revenue, profit, sales volume, project outcome, return on investment or business result is guaranteed.
7. Jobsite And Project Conditions
Any hands-on activity, demonstration or training around an actual project is subject to suitability, scheduling, weather, materials, site conditions, customer authorization, lawful supervision, permits, insurance and applicable safety requirements. A live customer project is not guaranteed unless specifically included in a signed engagement agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
Website content, written materials, training frameworks, checklists, process documents, diagrams, presentations and other original materials are provided for the client company’s internal business use unless a written agreement states otherwise. No right is granted to resell, publish, sublicense, publicly teach, or distribute proprietary training materials without written permission.
9. Website Availability And Accuracy
We work to keep information accurate and current, but website content may change and may contain errors or omissions. The website is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Do not rely on website content as legal, tax, engineering, architectural, insurance or safety advice.

These website terms are designed as an operational protection layer, not as a substitute for an attorney-drafted engagement agreement tailored to the company, state and project involved.
