1. Information We Collect
When you submit a qualification application or contact Abe The Turf Guy, we may collect business contact information and information you voluntarily provide about your company, including names, titles, company name, phone number, email address, website, location, company size, crew information, turf experience, hiring or expansion plans, project context, training goals and related notes.
2. Why We Use It
We use submitted information to evaluate fit, communicate about the requested engagement, prepare for calls, manage follow-up, improve the program, maintain sales and operational records, prevent duplicate outreach, and protect the security and integrity of the application and administration systems.
3. Contact Permission
If you submit an application and provide contact authorization, Abraham Read or Abe The Turf Guy may contact you by phone or email about that application and the requested business engagement. You may ask us to stop non-contractual outreach at any time.
4. Data Minimization
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, bank credentials, passwords, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information through the qualification application. The application is intended for business-contact and business-qualification information.
5. Service Providers And Hosting
Information may be processed by technology providers used to operate the website, application, hosting, analytics, authentication, communications and related business systems. We do not sell applicant conversation data or qualification data to advertisers.
6. Security
Administrative access to applicant records is restricted to authorized accounts and the application uses platform access controls. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we also limit the types of information applicants are asked to provide.
7. Retention
Business-contact and qualification records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for sales follow-up, engagement administration, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, security and legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law and any stronger obligations in a signed agreement.
8. Requests
To ask about information associated with your application, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable, contact abetheturfguy@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
9. United States Operations
This program is marketed to companies throughout the United States. Privacy rights can vary by state, and this notice does not waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.
