Private Educational Consulting
Abraham Read provides private educational and operational consulting based on more than 20 years of hands-on artificial-turf and putting-green field experience. The purpose is knowledge transfer to established companies and their teams. The program is not a trade school, government program, public certification course, franchise, dealership, or licensing authority.
No License Or Legal Authority Conferred
Completion of any training does not create or confer a contractor license, landscape license, professional license, manufacturer certification, government credential, or legal authority to perform regulated work. A client may only perform work it is otherwise legally authorized, licensed, insured and qualified to perform.
Nationwide Engagements
Abraham may travel to qualified companies throughout the United States. Laws and licensing requirements vary substantially by state, county, city and project type. Before any hands-on activity occurs, the client company is responsible for determining the lawful structure of the engagement and for satisfying all applicable licensing, supervision, permit, insurance, employment, payroll, workers’ compensation, safety and jobsite requirements.
Actual Jobsites
Training may sometimes occur in connection with a suitable client-supplied project, but no live project is guaranteed unless specifically included in a signed written agreement. The client controls the customer relationship and remains responsible for project contracting, permits, utility-location obligations, site access, site safety, supervision, materials approvals, warranties to its customer and compliance with local law.
Safety
Nothing in the training replaces required safety programs, competent-person requirements, equipment training, hazard assessments, manufacturer instructions, OSHA obligations or site-specific safety procedures. A company must stop work whenever conditions are unsafe or required approvals are not in place.
No Engineering Or Design-Licensure Advice
General discussion of drainage, grading, base preparation, contours, layout and installation technique is practical field education. It is not engineering, architecture, geotechnical advice, surveying or any other licensed professional service. Projects requiring professional design or engineering must use appropriately qualified and licensed professionals.
No Earnings Guarantee
No statement about pricing, revenue potential, project value, efficiency, avoided rework, division growth or return on investment is a promise of results. Outcomes depend on the client’s execution, local market, staffing, sales, pricing, costs, quality control and other conditions outside Abraham’s control.
Final Written Agreement
Each accepted engagement should be documented in a separate written agreement defining scope, responsibilities, payment, travel, intellectual property, confidentiality, support, cancellation, jobsite requirements and other material terms. Website content does not replace that agreement.
